In these morning meditations we will explore basic breathing techniques, guided meditations, visualizations, mantras, nature and somatic-based meditations, and various other practices to help reduce anxiety and create a sense of calm. We will continue to develop programming to support our community throughout these uncertain times to help reduce social isolation. We are all in this together.

Stephanie is a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist and Meditation Instructor. She discovered meditation while living in Pune, India for a work assignment in 2009. Since that time she has become a committed practitioner of Vipassana Meditation and trained as a Mindfulness Instructor through Naropa University. She has worked with mindfulness as a tool to support people in their last stages of life, dealing with chronic pain, illness, and every other season of life. In these morning meditations, Stephanie will introduce techniques that you can do at home to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and ease anxiety and stress.
