Fall ramble on Tunnel Drive with Irene and Debby!

Tunnel Drive is a beautiful trail in Canon City that parallels the Arkansas River with beautiful views of the river and surrounding hills. Bighorn sheep and birds are frequent along the trail. The trail goes through three tunnels along the route.

Distance: The hike is 2 miles each way (4 miles total) on a wide, flat well-maintained trail.

Elevation gain: The elevation gain is about 200 feet- all at the beginning.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are available at the trailhead.

Dogs: Leashed dogs are welcome.
