Join Ed Robb and Stephanie Lenkey Saturday, November 9, for an easy to moderate hike at Waterton Canyon, part of the Colorado Trail. We will travel a wide gravel road alongside the South Platte River where wildlife is abundant and often seen. Bighorn sheep and eagles are commonly seen along the road. The road is closed to public vehicles, and dogs are prohibited. We’ll hike about 2-3 miles up the road, stop for a snack, then return the way we came.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers, men and women. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. If you're uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please call us at 303-808-2339, and we can help you decide.
