Thanks to our generous sponsor, Cancer League of Colorado, we bring to you our first 2024 fall retreat!

Stunningly spread out over 5,100 acres of rolling meadows, aspens, and spruce forest, YMCA of the Rockies – Snow Mountain Ranch is both a relaxing retreat and popular outdoor playground in the heart of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.

Snow Mountain Ranch is located at about 8850 feet above sea level. It is suitable for people coming from sea level. We recommend you arrive in Colorado at least 3-4 days ahead of the retreat to begin acclimating to the altitude.

Participants will enjoy staying in a comfortable and spacious 7 bedroom cabin with shared restrooms. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, dining/living room, and a deck or porch that is perfect for taking in amazing views of the Continental Divide. Three close-by and separate lodge rooms are available for volunteers to stay.

We will enjoy gourmet, healthy meals that include dinner on Saturday; three meals on Sunday, and breakfast on Monday.

Arrival time and check-in is Saturday September 14th, 5pm at YMCA of the Rockies- Snow Mountain Ranch

Please note:

• Each participant, whether you are a cancer survivor/thriver or a caregiver, must register separately. If you are coming with another person, we recommend that you register at the same time to minimize the chances one of you is waitlisted. Each person must create their own account and register under that account.
   
• Often times, spots open within a week of the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants on the waitlist often are able to join the retreat, provided they have submitted all required forms.
   
• To give as many people as possible the chance to experience our fabulous retreats, registration for retreats is initially limited to people who have never been on one before. If you have already been on one of our retreats, you will not be able to register for this retreat until 30 days before the event. Thank you for understanding.
