Run into Renewal invites participants of all experience levels to engage in purposeful running that supports both physical and emotional well-being.
Through consistent movement, supportive community, and time outdoors, participants are encouraged to reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and experience the restorative power of forward motion.
This program will help you train to complete a 5K run.
This program includes weekly training runs on Saturdays starting April 4 and ending May 9. Participants also have the option to join Team LBL at the Denver Colfax Marathon on May 16, where we will walk/run a 5K together.
Participants also have the option to run longer distances at the Colfax Marathon Sunday races. If you plan to participate at the DCM, you must register for your desired event(s) here.
Registering for the Live By Living Run into Renewal series does not enroll you in any of the Colfax Marathon events. Be sure to select Live By Living as your charity partner when registering for any of the Colfax Marathon events.
