Redemption and Hard Time loop with a slot canyon adventure!
This is a beautiful high desert hike in Cañon City with a secret surprise of a slot canyon scramble-complete with dinosaur tracks! Most of the hike is pretty easy, but the slot canyon does require a little scrambling up some bigger rocks. There is an option to bypass the slot canyon as well.
Distance: ~6 miles, elevation gain of about 600 feet.
Dogs are allowed on leash
Toilets: No potties at the trailhead, so stop off in town beforehand.
