Weather permitting, we are resuming our Boulder County "Walk Into Wellness" series for the spring season, and it will be good to catch up with everyone after the winter break. For our first walk, Join Steve and Dave for an easy walk at Golden Ponds Nature Area in Longmont, including sections of the St. Vrain Creek Greenway Trail. Great Blue Herons might be beginning to return to their rookery along St. Vrain Creek, and there are good opportunities to view other birds and wildlife. There are options of about 1.5, 2.0 or 3.2 miles. This is flat terrain around several large ponds with great views to the (hopefully) snow-covered mountains.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Kids welcome, too! Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. Questions? Contact us.
