Fall into Renewal at Prairiewoods

Cancer survivors and caregivers are warmly invited to join us for a half-day retreat co-created with Nichole Plagge at Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center.

Nestled within 67 acres of vibrant prairie and quiet woodland, Prairiewoods offers a sacred space for spiritual renewal, ecological connection, and holistic healing. Together, we’ll spend the day slowing down, nurturing resilience, and practicing self-care.

Activities include:

• Trail walking through the prairie and woods

• Time in the peaceful labyrinth

• Gentle yoga, open to all abilities

• Resilience-building practices

A healthy, nourishing lunch will be provided.
