SOCO City Walk into Wellness|Santa Fe Regional Trail

Join Amy and Rae for our first SOCO City Walk Series. We will be walking the New Santa Fe Regional Trail. Some of the trail is a paved sidewalk while other parts are dirt/gravel. This is an easy trail that wanders along the base of the foothills and at points along the creek.

Toilets at trailhead? no

Difficulty: easy

Distance: 1-2 miles

Dogs OK? yes, must be well behaved on leash

Be sure to bring:

1. Appropriate clothing for the weather

2. Water

3. Trail snacks (lunch if appropriate)

4. Sunscreen/sun wear/lip balm/sunglasses

As always, Live By Living hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their

caregivers. Kids welcome, too! Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of
