As we begin the Fall "Walk Into Wellness" series for Boulder County, please join Bob, Jessica and Steve for an easy walk through the Walden and Sawhill Ponds Open Space. PLEASE ENTER AT THE WALDEN PONDS TRAILHEAD, NOT THE SAWHILL POND TRAILHEAD!!! (Sawhill Ponds entrance is CLOSED, but the trails are open if accessed from the Walden side). The trail is somewhat shaded, packed dirt with minimal elevation gain. Great opportunities to view wildlife, especially birds, as migration season is beginning soon.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Kids welcome, too! Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. Questions? Contact us.
