Join Ed Robb and Stephanie Lenkey for a hike at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. We'll do about 3.2 miles, 100' elevation, on a wide, flat hard-packed trail. Great views of the front range, maybe some deer, geese, possibly bison. Too cold for the triceratops and T-Rexes!
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. If you're uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please discuss your abilities with your doctor..
