Join Ed Robb and Stephanie Lenkey at Bluff Lake for a nice, nearly flat loop of about 1.4 miles. There’s a pretty lake, viewing platform extending out into the lake, perhaps migratory birds, who knows, maybe see a coyote, or eagle. If the weather forecast looks questionable Washington Park will be the alternative walk.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. If you're uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please discuss your abilities with your doctor.
MEETING PLACE: Bluff Lake is located at 11255 E. MLK Jr Blvd, Denver, CO 80238. The preserve is undergoing expansion so we may have to enter from the west; we’ll decide as it gets closer to the walk.
