Join Ed Robb for an easy walk along the Highline Canal. We’ll start just southwest of the intersection of Colorado Blvd. and Hampden, at the corner of Monroe St. and Jefferson Ave., walk south about 1.5 miles or so to Three Pond Park, then return the same way. This part of the Highline Canal runs through pastures, mini-mansions, and has beautiful views of the Rockies. It’s used by walkers, runners, bikers, and horseback riders. Round trip will be about 3 miles, with 150' elevation gain. The path is wide and fairly smooth.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. If you're uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please discuss your abilities with your doctor.
