Live By Living is partnering with Cancer Support Community- Southwest Colorado to bring walks/hikes to the Southwest Region!

Join Margaret-Ann and Glenn Bultman for nature hike around Haviland Lake Park, 20 miles north of Durango. Easy walk through meadows of lupines on low ridges with great views too. Carpooling is available.

Distance: 2-4 miles geared to participants

Difficulty: easy 

Toilets: yes, at the campground by the lake

Dogs Ok? Yes, on leash

Be sure to bring:

1. Appropriate clothing for the weather
2. Water
3. Trail snacks (lunch if appropriate)
4. Sunscreen/sun wear/lip balm/sunglasses
5. Binoculars
6. Merlin app on cell phone
7. Insect repellent
