Join Michelle C. for an easy stroll around Palmer Lake and South on the Santa Fe Trail to ring in 2025. The trail is dirt and mostly flat. There is potential for icy patches and /or mud depending on recent temperature fluctuations. I plan for 1-4 miles and you cannot get lost on this trail so if you only want to stroll around the frozen lake, that is .5 miles around. Friendly dogs are always welcome! There are port-a potties available. Park in the dirt lot on the East side of the lake and meet near the playground.
