Start your new year off right with a beautiful walk!  Join Irene for Walk into Wellness on Tunnel Drive in Canon City. The path is wide and smooth, and goes along the Arkansas river with beautiful vistas, passing through three rock tunnels. We could see birds and possibly bighorn sheep and the Royal Gorge Train.  There is one short steepish section right at the beginning, but it's flat after that. We can take it slowly.

As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers.  Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us.
