Join Bob, Jessica and Steve for an easy walk through the Sawhill Ponds and Walden Ponds Open Space. PLEASE ENTER AT THE SAWHILL PONDS TRAILHEAD, NOT THE WALDEN POND TRAILHEAD. (Sawhill Ponds entrance is about 1/4 mile south of the Walden Ponds entrance on 75th St). The trail is somewhat shaded, packed dirt with minimal elevation gain. Great opportunities to view wildlife, especially birds. These trails were closed most of the winter/spring for renovation work, but have recently re-opened.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Kids welcome, too! Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. Questions? Contact us.
