Join Dan for a MODERATE-DIFFICULT hike that bridges Mathews-Winters and Red Rocks parks. This hike is about 4.5 miles long with 900 feet of elevation gain. It's on a mostly sunny east-facing hillside, and passes near some of the famous Morrison formation red sandstone that gives Red Rocks Park and amphitheater its name. The trail is very rocky in places, so we advise bringing hiking poles.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Kids welcome, too! Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. Questions? Contact us.
