Join Stephanie Lenkey for an easy hike on Old Squaw Pass Road, between Bergen Park and Echo Lake. This hike will be on the old roadbed west of the Echo Mountain Ski Resort, west of Bergen Park. We’ll hike about 3 miles. Elevation gain is less than 150' but we will be over 10,800' for the hike.

MEETING PLACE: Take I70 west to the Evergreen exit. Then south on Evergreen Parkway  (CO 74). From the traffic light, go about 2.8 miles and turn right on Squaw Pass Rd. (County Road 76). Follow the main, paved road. It will become CO 103. Go 13.3 miles, about a half mile past Echo Mountain resort, and park in the parking area on the right. MFG9+G85 Idaho Springs, Colorado.
