Date of hike: March 9, 2024
Meeting time: 9:00am
Join Ed Robb and Stephanie Lenkey for an exploration of the High Line Canal where it exits Waterton Canyon. On this pleasant walk through rolling foothills, we’ll begin moving along the trail with the Canal channel always at our side. Denver peeks up off in the distance as we make our way through this rural section of the Canal, where we’ll likely pass horseback riders.. Round trip is about 3 miles, with about 100' elevation gain. The path is wide and fairly smooth.
As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. If you're uncertain whether you are physically up for a hike, please call us at 303-808-2339, and we can help you decide.
