Walk into Wellness: Roger's Grove, Longmont
Public -by Robert Bernthal  |  Walk/hike

Join Bob, Jessica and Steve for an easy walk along the St. Vrain Greenway Trail,  starting at Roger's Grove Nature Area in Longmont.  We will loop around Fairgrounds Lake and follow the trail to Izaak Walton Park, where we saw an abundance of interesting birds last year.  Then we backtrack to Roger's Grove, with a longer option to continue to Golden Ponds. There are options of about 2.0 or 3.0 miles.

As always, Live By Living day hikes are open to all cancer survivors and their caregivers. Kids welcome, too! Regardless of whether you are currently in or out of treatment, we'd love to have you join us. Questions? Contact us.
